Machinery
To realize unique and complex parts, we have a state-of-the-art and extensive machine park and an extensive range of adapted tools at our disposal. A modern and efficiently structured workshop interior contributes to an optimal production process. Platteau Subcontracting continues to invest in these technological innovation every year.
Our milling machines have a capacity of 11.500mm x 2.500mm x 1.500mm. To realize complex parts, we have various machines with an indexable milling head. This allows multiple surfaces of a piece to be machined in one setup. This saves manipulation and increases the accuracy of the finished surfaces.
Our lathes have a capacity of ø700 x 8,000mm. Our elaborate range of lathes enables us to finish a wide spectrum of parts. Our CNC turning capacity goes up to ø630 x 3.000mm. To finish pipes we have a lathe with double chuck and a diameter up to ø140mm, which facilitates the fixation.
